As founder of Think Mental Health he is qualified Mental Health Tutor, Paul is driven to shatter mental health stigmas, particularly around weakness, burden, and embarrassment, which often deter open conversations, especially among men. Paul's global impact is evident in his pioneering work in diversity, equity, and inclusion, reaching 23 countries and counting, including China, Australia, Costa Rica, Thailand, Denmark, Poland, America, France, Mexico, Sweden, and Malaysia to name but a few. Paul's commitment extends to bespoke mental health training for businesses ensuring employee wellbeing. His impactful work includes collaborations with various organisations and formerly Project Development Champion and Lead Facilitator at Andy’s Man Club. Through his inspiring talks to large companies and community engagements, Paul fosters greater awareness and action against the rising tide of mental health challenges.
